Job Description

Official Position : Assistant Clubhouse Manager, Beas River Country Club


Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.


You will:

  • report to General Manager, Beas River Country Club, he/she is responsible for business operations and managing overall operations of the Catering in providing quality F&B products, services and delivering excellent customer services to Members
  • provide excellent customer services by enhancing team efficiency and drive continuous improvement as well as actively soliciting Members’ feedback regularly
  • keep abreast of market trend and Members’ interest to plan and execute menus, events, marketing plans and promotions for Members’ benefits
  • lead diverse teams of staff to ensure smooth operations at all times for members satisfaction
  • coordinate with project team and section heads in establishing scopes and requirements for ongoing enhancement initiatives


You should have:

  • a degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • minimum of 5 years of experience at middle to senior management level gained from renowned hotels or well established catering operations
  • excellent business and financial acumen and a solid F&B knowledge and well versed in local and international F&B trend
  • strong leadership with excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • proficiency in written and spoken both English and Cantonese, good command in Mandarin is an advantage
