Job Description


  • Ensure at arms length dealings between various operating companies and divisions against assets, including land facilities, fleet assets and current assets/ accounts recoveries over and above the representation of equity ownership for compliance from managing minorities of companies invested;
  • Manage variable order claims and final account settlements;
  • Monitor project budgeting, that is manage contract revenue, payment applications, certifications, costs, payments and cash flow;
  • Conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted.


  • Degree holder or above in finance, accounting or any related disciplines;
  • 10-15 years of managerial experience with minimum 5 years experiences in asset management, budget control, cost estimation, etc.
  • Background of substantial assets portfolio, government or quasi government bodies are highly preferred;
  • Solid experience in administrative management of long-term assets and claims;
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical and communication skills, and result-oriented;
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages.
