Job Description

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of garment for numerous prestige brand labels throughout US and EEC market with manufacturing facilities in China, India and Cambodia. They are now seeking for high caliber to join their Admin team:    

Responsibility:

  • Oversee all-round the spectrum of Administration function and lead an admin team of 8 people 
  • Supervise a team in providing administrative services to the HK , China & Cambodia, including office suppliers sourcing, office renovation, maintenance & repair, environment and facilities management, catering services, courier service, travelling arrangement and office security
  • Keep all the implementation and formulation of policies in line with business objectives.
  • Formulate and review administration policy to provide general guidance to the employees
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant managerial experience administration functions in sizable organisations
  • Understanding of safety & security control and office maintenance
  • Good management skill, coordination and problem resolved
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
