Responsibilities:

• To handle daily import and export documentation work at Counter
• To receive cash / cheque and general clerical duties
• To answer telephone enquiries, assist courier for in/out documents
• To greet customers where necessary
• To perform other duties and ad hoc reports as required

Requirements:

• F.5/6 graduated
• 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Basic shipping knowledge, working in liner or forwarding company is preferable
• Able to communicate in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Good telephone manner, pleasant and mature; Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
