Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries / requests from donors with overseas offices with accuracy and progress monitoring
  • Administer the child information update in accordance with the sponsorship standards
  • Support donor retention activities

Job Requirements:

  • Post secondary or above
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably in customer services
  • Able to resolve donors' queries with strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
