Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between donors and overseas filed offices, communicate child information and handle donors’ queries/requests
  • Support donor retention activities and other activities of the Donor Relations teams
  • Update child information in CRM system with high accuracy and efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Post secondary or above with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in customer services or sales administration dealing with overseas partners/offices
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Able to resolve donor queries with strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • On 1-year contract term, renewal will be based on performance and business needs
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
