Job Description

Our client is the world's largest fast moving consumer goods company in the world, currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Digital IT team in Hong Kong.

We are now seeking for a E-COMMERCE MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for implementing IT projects, including user requirements collection, project planning, UAT, vendor management, platform support and scheduling
  • UX enhancement and improve/develop digital platforms
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Perform A/B testing for sustainable improvement on engaging customer experience
  • Monitor project daily tasks and report status timely with proper documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate in Business, E-commerce, Information System or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year in managerial role and minimum of 5 years' work experience in IT, digital or related discipline
  • Strong experience in software quality assurance, E-commerce, digital solution; and smart retail would be nice
  • Familiarity in web development/CRM/Apps
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
