1. Full responsibility of P/L of the online store.
2. Strategic planning of O2O to reach sales target.
3. Execution of sales strategic.
4. Develop and lead various digital marketing campaigns to promote online sales, platform traffic and brand building.
5. Partner with 3rd party organizations to initiate affiliate programs.
6. Work closely with internal teams (eg. marketing, product management, channel sales, etc) to drive results towards aligned goals.
7. Responsible for inventory control in terms of sales, volume, quantity and quality.
8. Take up daily activities of stores issue, receipt, return and transfer.
9. Assist to coordinate and monitor daily and ad hoc stores operations.
10. Monitor traffic and customers segmentation.
11. Manage e-commerce website sales activities.
