An exciting new opportunity for a dynamic EA to join an Chinese-based world-leading financial service to serve their board of Directors.

You will be an EA with a proven track record and impressive career history to join this company. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years solid EA experience serving senior member.

This Executive Assistant role will include assist in translation of relevant meetings and documents of the board of directors; prepared presentation material; responsible for meeting minutes, problem tracking and feedback of the board meetings; complete the supervision, coordination and implementation of other work of the board.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive secretarial / administrative support to the Directors
  • Diary management and arrangement of complex meeting
  • Creating meeting packs for company meetings, company research, meeting notes and conference agendas.
  • Translation document from English/Chinese
  • Prepare presentation material, taking minutes for meeting
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Previous EA experience to board is essential.
  • Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communication skills.
  • To enjoy the varied aspects of the role and be able to multi-task.
  • Advanced experience on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Immediate available is preferred
