Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide customer service to customers buying online
  • Help customers in the online buying journey and resolve any post-sales issues
  • Provide quick response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services through phone, instant messaging and email
  • Manage order processing cycle with other departments
  • Resolve escalated cases with unsatisfied customers

Requirements:          

  • Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email
  • Must be proficient in written and verbal English. Candidates with an additional language of French or German would be given priority.
  • Experience in managing and operating eBay store and day to day online retail operations is a plus
  • Photographic, Mobile Phone and / or Tablet PC Knowledge or experience is a benefit
  • Strong attention to details and customer focus
  • Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
  • Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
  • Immediately available preferred
