Job Description

About the company
As one of the the poineer service provider companies, our client is looking for a higher calibre as eCommerce Operation Assistant Manager for their eCommerce patform management.


  • Responsible to lead the operation cycle of eCommerce platform, including platform set-up or improvement and order operations to completion, setting up eCommerce SOP to businesses
  • Solid knowledge in eCommerce platform capabilities or restraints
  • Familiar in working with internal departments, not limited to merchandising, logistics, marketing, payment and accounting, customer services
  • Experienced in operational process optimisation, performance metrics and cost management
  • Formulate acceptance criteria and test cases, carry out UAT including identifying defects and liaising with developers to solve the defects; provide business support during cutover
  • Lead incident investigation and handle with IT team to secure proper solutions and facilitate the communications in between
  • Deliver necessary training or guidance to the team/cross departments for any newly established platform functions
  • Assist launch of new/improved eCommerce platform functionalities
  • Secure compliance with company policies and procedures in accord with company values and objectives and

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor holder in Information Technology, Business or relevant disciplines; OR candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce business are preferred
  • Capable of business or system and project analysis is an advantage
  • Knowledge in magento and/or SAP B1 will be an advantage
  • Familiar with formulating creative solutions and so as their documentations
  • Good command of relationship and team management as well as analytical skills
  • Ability to co-work with internal departments cross different functional teams
  • Well adapted to changes with resilience to tight deadlines
  • Excellent in verbal and written English and Chinese
