Job Description

Position Summary:
The Education & Artistry Manager, APAC will be the role model for the Brand and our Specialists. This position is responsible for promoting brand awareness via media or special event activities, while also contributing to the artistry and fragrance training and development of our APAC Specialists. The role requires a high level of make-up knowledge, artistry skills and fragrance story-telling skills; exceptional internal and external customer service; and the ability to support business needs by providing training solutions to APAC Retail Staff, Training Staff, and Specialists.
In order to support the ongoing transformation of the traditional learning approach to field education by expanding digital learning, the Education & Artistry Manager, APAC will responsible to drive an agile and engaging digital learning journey that complements & amplifies the total learning experiences.  

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Makeup Artistry & Fragrance Capability – 60%

  • Support the deployment of specialist training programs and Fragrance/Makeup accreditation
  • Organize annual/bi-annual regional Sales and Training meeting.   Help to enhance collaboration and synergy of Sales and Training teams in the Markets, and improve field execution and performance on artistry and fragrance
  • Ensure that all Trainers and specialists in stores have access to training content and inspiration
  • Create Asia relevant ritual services to drive sales on makeup and fragrance
  • Coordinate with Retail Marketing on event execution, represent the Brand when required

Collaborate Internal Influencer Program – 20%

  • Support and lead the internal influencer programs in the region
  • Ensure the standard of the contents
  • Connect with and build strong relationship with internal influencers as one online TFB community so to share best practices

Drive Digital Learning & Education – 20%

  • Creating regionally and locally relevant digital learning contents
  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the online education platform
  • Coordinate all digital and social needs for education development
  • Research and share digital ideas and industry/functional best practices to advance the strategic direction of Education
  • Measure impact and KPIs of digital education/technology

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements:

Makeup Artistry & Fragrance Specifications

  • Proven exceptional ability in make-up application & skin care
  • Strong understanding and passion for fragrances
  • Highly confident presentation and communication skills in different contexts, i.e. mobile digital tools, face-to-face small group or large-group public audiences

Digital Learning Specifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing digital learning contents and solutions
  • Hands-on experience with creating and working with eLearning / Articulate 360 is a plus

Others

  • University degree in business, management or marketing or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant experience in luxury beauty
  • Certified make up CIBTAC, ITEC holders will be an advantage
  • Excellent relationship builder with multi-cultural experiences
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for LUXURY retail and services
