Company Description

Our client, an insurance client is hiring Employee Benefit Manager to support their sales growth. Interested parties with strong brokerage networks or interested to develop in medical insurance are encouraged to apply.

Job nature:

  • Team based environment, to work in a small team to achieve business sales target.
  • Responsible for the sales activities and brokerage channel communication.
  • To recruite and expand new business partners for business growth.
  • As a product advisor to provide technical and service support to for both new and retention business.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any business related discipline
  • IIQE 1, 2.
  • Knowledge with general insurance or medial/ group health have added advantages
  • 8 years of expereince gained in insurance environment.
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
