Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with headquarter Organizational Culture (OC) team, HR teams and various business leaders to facilitate and execute a variety of strategic culture initiatives for company’s Hong Kong office.
  • Responsible for planning, and development of company’s Hong Kong employee onboarding process, employee engagement measurement and action planning, diversity &, community outreach activities and various culture initiatives.
  • Define and lead in employee culture communication plans that align to company strategy, culture, and values
  • Provide consistent delivery of emails, newsletters and social posts.
  • Partner with Hong Kong HR and Admin team on event execution plan.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Culture and Event Initiatives:
    • Partner with headquarter OC team, HR teams and various business leaders to facilitate and execute a variety of strategic culture initiatives for company’s global populations.
    • Develop creative concepts as well as visual (photo, video or gif) and copywriting for company events base on internal guideline and culture
    • Lead company internal & external events planning (include but not limited to: company-wide celebrations, festivals, philanthropic activities, employee engagement and recognition initiatives, tech forums, employment branding events), ranging from small intimate programs to large scale productions.
    • Build solid relationships with vendors, internal team members, and a wide range of stakeholders across company to manage expectations and ensure high-quality event management. Partner with internal entities to create comprehensive program and event strategies.
    • Develop and implement events including program mapping/planning, budgets, stakeholder engagement, logistics, messaging (internal and external), developing content with partners, and other core elements to successfully meet event objectives.
    • Manage post-event reporting, detailed tracking and analysis.


  • Employee Listening and Engagement:
    • Responsible for employee listening and engagement activities, including planning and executing employee surveys, interpreting and analyzing data and employee feedback, designing FAQ/guideline and partnering with various HR and business stakeholders to communicate results


  • Evaluation and Metrics:
    • Take measurement/effectiveness of culture and communication initiatives across the business and assist in identifying and implementing changes and improvements as appropriate.
    • Perform special projects as required

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 3 years’ experience or equivalent practical marketing/ event/ PR
  • Proficiency of both English and Chinese is required.
  • Creative sense and solid experience in copywriting, editing and look & feel will be an advantage
  • Passion for employee communications and the overall employee experience.
  • Effectiveness at working in a cross-functional, team-based environment with stakeholders and influencers across different levels and areas of responsibility
  • Ability to manage multiple global projects at once
  • Adapt quickly and effectively when priorities shift.
  • Working knowledge of survey methodologies, analytics, and reporting dashboards
  • Frequent business trips will be required (around once a quarter)


*5 days work in Causeway Bay, Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800, 1 year contract and potential to permanent
