Description

Reporting directly to their Retail Director, this position will assume responsibility in enhancing the training capacity of cabin crew to best serve their customers and deliver a seamless inflight experience. Working with the global team, you will help to design, implement, and manage revenue generating incentives to ensure that the cabin crew community are able to achieve and exceed targets. You will take a lead role in engaging with all internal and external key stakeholders to promote training strategies and understand potential training needs in the areas of sales, product, technology, and processes.

Profile

Cabin crew experience is necessary for this role, in order to understand the audience and client you are serving. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence will be a key factor of success. A background in Retail, FMCG, or client facing business would be preferred. Strong verbal English and Chinese is needed for this role.
