Job Description

The Department

Our Equestrian Affairs Department aims to fulfil the Club’s vision to promote riding as a sport and raise participation at all levels, from beginner through to elite. It oversees the management of four equestrian centres, including the Member’s facility at the Beas River Country Club and three public riding schools at Tuen Mun, Pokfulam and Lei Yue Mun. In total, the centres encompass stabling for around 400 horses.

The Job

You will

  • provide administrative and clerical support, such as typing, filing and updating documentation and records
  • provide other ad hoc support to the team for the smooth running of the riding school
  • answer telephone enquiries
  • arrange schedule for riding lessons
  • collect riding fee at counter
  • be required to work on weekends and public holidays

About You

You should have:

  • tertiary education or above
  • at least 2 years’ experience of administrative support
  • a passion for customer service with a customer-centric approach
  • hands-on experience of using MS Office applications
  • good interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
