Job Description

Our client, a Japanese Finance and Leasing Company is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as an Equipment Finance Manager


  • Maintain a good relationship with clients and business partners (Client Suppliers)
  • Conduct business development activities
  • Analyze the client business in terms of their financial situation
  • Prepare credit reports to summarize and comment the client financial strength
  • Assist the clients throughout the business cycle
  • Frequent travel to mainland is needed (Guangdong area - 2 days a week)


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience in credit analysis and credit report preparation
  • At least 3 years experience on B2B sales activities is a must
  • Candidates with experience as Relationship Manager is definitely advantage
  • Candidates who are experienced in handling mortgage are also welcome
  • Customer and target-oriented
  • Good analytical skills
  • Detail minded and well organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Location: Wanchai


  • $35-43k (depends on experience)
  • Half year bonus
  • Medical coverage
  • Annual health check
  • 10 days AL; 16 days started from 2nd year
  • 2 days birthday leave
