ERP Systems Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily users support related to ERP Supply Chain, HR and Shared Services Applications
- Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases
- Thoroughly understands ERP subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels
- Monitor system processes, alerts and requests
- Assists in system implements activity such as SIT, UAT, System configuration
- Develops and implementation project plans for ERP functional support tasks
- Troubleshoots application software and database problems on a timely basis
- Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
- Works with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in support of regular business operations; documents applications and provides cross-functional training as needed
- Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/ requirements for upgrades and enhancements
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 1 year working experience on ERP support
- Experience in SQL or PL/ SQL programming is an advantage
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
