Job Description

Your new company
Our client is a sizeable company within the financial services sector. They have a strong presence in the industry and have a great brand name. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide all round clerical support to event management for 1 year.

Your new role
You will be responsible to manage the administrative work to support the daily operation of the marketing team. Working closely with the team, you will support the logistics arrangement, documentation and other follow up activities for relevant marketing activities, including but not limited to marketing events. etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or above in administration, marketing, communications or related field
  • Up to 1 year related professional experience, fresh graduates with previous exposure to event management are also welcomed
  • Proficieny in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong interest in pursuing marketing/events career
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
