

Duties and Responsibilities
l Responsible for the execution of all production and operational aspects of clients’ events from account servicing, managing project budget and timeline to implementing technical, logistics elements and on-site executions
l Executing events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin
l Setting, communicating and maintaining priorities and deadlines on every project
l Maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships
l Develop proposals, contracts and quotations with clients; and negotiate contracts and invoices with vendors.
l Develop work plansand production schedules
l Develop event concept development, design, floorplans and renderings
l Managing and coordinating withcontractors, suppliers, partners and all events logistics
l Travelling to onsite inspections, manage venue built-out, overseeing setup overnight, dismantling and removal of the production and clear the venue efficiently
l Handling client queries and troubleshooting on event dayto ensure the event is executed successfully
Requirements:
l University graduate in Event Management, Marketing or related field; or equivalent professional qualification
l At least 4 years of experience in Event or Marketing related field (Candidates with 2 years or less experience will be considered for the Position of Executive)
l Enthusiastic in executing a wide variety of events and promotions
l Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
l Good communication and interpersonal skills
l Negotiation skills to obtain the best price from venues, suppliers and contractors
l Possession of technical knowledge
l Possession of good people management / supervisory skills
l Is self-motivated and a problem-solver
l Time management skills and ability to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
l Has a flexible, target-driven, proactive approach and attitude
l Willingness to work additional hours and work on weekends as needed
Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
