Responsibilities:

  • To drive incremental revenue across B&L restaurants & the B&L Food Truck
  • To develop implement and constantly modify revenue generating action plans
  • To act as the central communication point for all external event and booking (+16 pax ) enquiries
  • To liaise with external parties to provide attractive proposals for all their event needs
  • To coordinate with all internal departments such that the information guests require is quick, accurate and timely
  • To coordinate with the restaurants so that confirmed events are communicated well ahead of time and are well executed
  • To ensure that B&L event offerings are visible across the right communication channels (venue hub, website, partners, etc ) such that we are getting access to the best event enquiries before anyone else
  • To periodically review and improve internal sales documents such that changes to the food offering, restaurant portfolio and the brand’s recent capabilities are kept up to date
  • To work with and manage our CRM software solution so that we are able to capture and quantify guest data form inside and outside the restaurants
  • To manage the system such that the data is being collected, sorted and maintained to be useful to sales & marketing departments
  • To analyze the events success and prepare reports

 

Requirements:

  • An outgoing, pro-active and energetic personality.
  • Be able to work independently, but also with the teams across the restaurants and other departments in general.
  • Responsible and organized, to be able to keep track of all numbers
  • Must have fantastic people skills and be able to accommodate urgent phone calls and enquiries during the weekends and on public holidays
  • To have a knack for problem-solving
  • To have a customer service orientation
  • To be on site for all bigger events, which are usually outside of office hours.
  • Be digital savvy and keep up-to-date with (new) booking / event / catering platforms.
  • Native level English is required, Cantonese preferred but not essential
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role; sales, business development, events, marketing
