Job Description

 We are now looking for an Event Officer to join our dynamic team. 


  • Responsible for youth activities including study tours, student internship programs and exhibitions, from event organization to on-site execution;
  • Initiate and draft project proposals and reports;
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of event, within deadline and budget;
  • Assist in marketing and promotional works;
  • Perform all-rounded clerical support for the team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned;
  • Occasional travel to project sites in PRC if necessary


  • University degree holder in relevant disciplines with 2-3 year working experience;
  • Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates with excellent achievement will be considered as Event Assistant;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skill and event management skill;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred;
  • Familiar with culture and social media in both the mainland and Hong Kong;
  • Able to perform under pressure, detail-oriented with positive working attitude;
