Job Description


  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration services to Senior Management
  • Perform extensive calendar management, coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Capable in data analytics and business presentation, generate managerial reports 
  • Organise events/activities from stretch 
  • Attend and assist in minutes taking, business correspondence, and management reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Screening telephone calls, fielding enquires and requests and escalating urgent matters for Senior Management
  • Work with wide range of contact at all level, from within & outside organization to facilitate and maintain a smooth work-flow
  • Assist in coordinating business events, workshops and meetings for Senior Executives


  • Degree/Higher Diploma holder, with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience gained in multinational companies, of which at least 5 years’ experience is assisting the senior executives
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong organization skill, ability to multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • A self-starter and a team player
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
