Job Description

A global logistics MNC with more than 20,000 employees across over 100 countries is now looking for a high calibre and experienced Executive Assistant to CEO and provide support to the team.

The executive assistant has the following responsibilities:
* Provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support for the senior management and a team
* Organisation of travel, accommodation, agendas for staff and expatriates
* Attend executive meetings and prepare minutes and reports as required
* Responsible for office renovation and relocation project, leasing and tenancy matters
* Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The successful applicants should have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, business or corporate administration
* At least 5 years of secretarial experience, preferably in sizeable organisations
* Flexible and Attention to details, skilled at prioritising tasks and multi-tasking
* Good team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, well-presented, meticulous and proactive
* Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
* Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
