Job Description

A US-based fashion group with offices in more than 30 countries. They are looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support Senior Vice President and management office. Candidates can enjoy a great opportunity to further his/her career in top tier MNC. The working environment is fast-paced, corporate and friendly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to Senior Vice president and the team
  • Responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements and meetings coordination
  • Prepare presentation materials, handle correspondence and confidential documents
  • Review and screen expense claims
  • Attend executive meetings and prepare minutes and reports as required
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 8 years of secretarial experience, perferably in sizable organization
  • Flexible and Attention to details, skillful at prioritising tasks and multi-tasking
  • Responsible, detail-oritented and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
