The Job:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Chief Partnership Distribution Officer and assist teams in an effective and efficient manner
  • Schedule arrangements for Chief Partnership Distribution Officer
  • Arrange departmental regular meetings 
  • Participate in event management for Business partners
  • Process expenses claims and reconcile charges 
  • Support travel and accommodation bookings for teams
  • Assist in administration of Orientation for new joiners
  • Maintain departmental system and record keeping
  • Work cohesively with other departments to ensure smooth running of the operations
  • Source and procure Office equipment and materials 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned and other duties

The Person:

  • Diploma in secretarial or related disciplines with at least 5 years' working experience in supporting senior executives
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing etc.)
  • Well spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a committed team player
