Job Description

Our client is a leading listed investment holdings company located in Admiralty, mainly engaged in professional services, providing services in China, Europe and Asia. They are looking for Executive Assistant to CEO to mainly support the project management in business development and manage the timelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round coordination works and administrative support to CEO
  • Assist Management in liaising with internal and external parties for the group's business activities & project management
  • Work closely with overseas parties to coordinate business operation; business trip is required
  • Prepare various types of document including presentation materials, management reports and meeting agenda
  • Maintain records, filing and handle details of highly confidential matters properly
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and some translations if necessary

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in business related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience gained from sizable conglomerate groups or professional groups in serving top executives;
  • Highly disciplinary, presentable, responsible, trustworthy, proactive manner with excellent organizing and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and attentive to details with good quality and accuracy
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
