Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative service and clerical duties to department in support of all relevant works and activities
  • Handling patient registration, appointment booking and fee collection
  • Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents
  • Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order
  • Handle phone enquiries
  • Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings
  • Handling purchase request and follow up for procurement process
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors
  • High Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as administrative support, previous experience in hospital industry is an advantage
  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, , independent and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
