Job Description

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in the Marketing Division based at Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong.  This position will provide administrative and project support for the Hong Kong Marketing Centre of Excellence, across branding, positioning, PR and offline marketing initiatives. An understanding of local market trends as well as solid organizational skills will enable this individual to successfully support the marketing strategy across our Hong Kong hotels. 



  • Leads the administrative responsibilities for the Marketing COE Office
  • Coordinates schedule for regular meetings for the Marketing COE
  • Assists with setting up meetings with hotel GMs and other property leaders
  • Tracks report submissions and ensures all teams adhere to deadlines
  • Assists with pulling together team reports where required
  • May be asked to lead special projects for the team
  • Helps maintain business contact database
  • Prepares contracts and other required documentation for partnerships and other vendors
  • Assists to monitor and maintain the department’s expense budget
  • Keeps abreast of comp set activity and local market trends, sharing information with concerned stakeholders
  • Administrative assistance for AVP Marketing 
  • Works collaboratively with all other COE functions and provides support when required
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time


We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to play an important role in our Marketing COE for Hong Kong! This individual should have superb organisational and administrative skills, and a great personality. As part of the Hong Kong Marketing COE, this individual will have the opportunity to develop their marketing skillset across all functions, by working closely with all Marketing COE teams. 


  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Proven track record of success and previous experience of achieving business goals and objectives
  • Ability to analyse data and generate reports
  • Understanding of the current marketing landscape in Hong Kong
  • Experience with managing budgets



  • Adept at Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Chinese
