Job Description

A top tier global asset management firm with is now looking for a high calibre and experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide support daily operations in Hong Kong.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administration duties including maintaining office facilities and equipment
  • Liaise with external and internal vendors
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management including extensive calendar management, travel arrangements and meetings coordination
  • Prepare presentation and statistic for client meeting purposes
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 4 years of secretarial and office management experience, perferably in financial services company
  • Flexible and Attention to details, skillful at prioritising tasks and multi-tasking
  • Responsible, detail-oritented and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
