Our client is a manufacturing company with offices worldwide. Due to business needs, their CFO is looking for a secretary to be his assistant. You will be also assisting the finance team for admin work.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to CFO
Calendar management, visa application, arrange internal and external meetings and conferences
Billing and general accounting duties
Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
Perform ad hoc duties
Requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in similar positions reporting to expat
Accounting experience would be an advantage
Responsible, energetic and dynamic
Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player and face-paced
Strong command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
Good PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
