Job Description

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Administration and

Office Support with key responsibilities including:

 

• General office administration (maintain office facilities and equipment, manage access cards,

business cards and different office cleaning/supply schedules, space allocation and planning for

new employees and visitors, etc.)

• Arrange shipments of documents or goods

• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors

• Receptionist duties

• Provide detailed administrative and organizational support to Senior Management Executives.

• Travel arrangements for Team Members

• Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties and organize various

functions and events

• Coordinating meetings, group meals for colleagues visiting from other offices

• Assist in miscellaneous Human Resources duties such as Employees annual leaves record

management and visa applications

• Support when necessary the accounting Team with documents filing and bookkeeping

• Report to CFO

 

Profile:

• Strong Organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

• Good teamwork skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast growing international environment

• Fluent in Cantonese and English

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
