Executive Officer (School Liaison) in the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) Office (Ref.: 498455) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
We are looking for a pro-active, multi-tasking individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who has a flair for handling complex enquiries, and developing and performing stand-up presentations deploying multi-media support. He/She should be a creative problem-solver, be highly customer service-oriented, and fully aware of operational and system implications when giving support to stakeholders. A thorough knowledge of JUPAS and hands-on experience gained from supervising or working with an enquiry/customer service team will be highly preferable.
Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. He/She should welcome new tasks and challenges, and be able to provide support to the work of different teams.
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience gained preferably from tertiary institutions or similar organisations of which at least 5 years were at a supervisory level. The appointee should be able to work independently and be a good team player, should not flinch from heavy workload and maintain an eye for details and uncompromising standards even when under pressure and working against tight deadlines.
The appointee will report to the Executive Director of the JUPAS Office.
