Job Description

Chance to support an international business association, work with a team of top management from various industries. This is an exciting new role to join an international business association to support the board members for all rounded admin, accounting, operational running of the organisation and event management.

This is a particular role and they will consider attitude and availability as a top priority over extensive qualifications. There is room to grow in the role moving forward. You will have a large variety of tasks and many opportunities to learn from a team of seasoned professionals. They have good employee benefit package and flexible working conditions that allow a good work/life balance.

You need to work independently as the position is the only person to manage the administration of the association. So this is a critical requirement for the position.

  • Managing the smooth running of the association ensuring everything is stocked, well maintained etc
  • Managing the administration, HR, finance admin/payroll
  • Organising events and sending out invitations
  • Liaising with external parties
  • Work proactively to develop good relationships
  • Manage the receptionist


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin or office management role
  • Experience in Chamber/Association is an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point skills
  • Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
