Department of Management
The Department is seeking highly motivated team-players to take up the following position.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Department of Management on office administration, and assist in the administration of the business programmes offered by the Department. Job duties include (a) providing secretarial support to the Head of Department; (b) administration of timetabling; (c) preparation of finance and budgeting documents; (d) handling admissions, academic affairs, accreditation and committee work; (e) organisation of events/activities, and other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
