Job Description


  • Provide general secretarial support to the finance team
  • Organize and manage all travel arrangements logistics including agendas, flights, hotels, ground transportation and etc.
  • Prepare and file expense reports/reimbursement claims and payment of invoices
  • Perform general administrative duties such as copying, filing, documentation etc.
  • Serves as an administrative liaison with internal and external clients


  • Formal secretarial training with 8+ years’ experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual of English and Mandarin
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment and like the challenge of many moving parts
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Motivated, hardworking, mature, independent, efficient, detail-oriented, organized
  • Highly motivated and able to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
  • Strong skill sets with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web applications
