Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide and lead a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the senior management, including Chairman of the FRC
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the senior management team's calendars to arrange appointments, meetings, conference and travel plans
  • Assist in the preparation of papers and documents for Council and Committee meetings
  • Prepare agendas for and take minutes of management meetings
  • Able to communicate directives and information from the senior management to other executives and staff members
  • Screen and direct incoming calls, mails and emails and able to determine their significance
  • Organise and maintain correspondence and records, often of a confidential nature
  • Participate in the development of secretarial policies and practices for the organisation
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required by senior management.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, with professional secretarial training would be an advantage
  • More than 10 years of relevant working experience in the secretarial field, with at least 3 years of experience at executive level
  • Excellent command of both English and Cantonese with Mandarin speaking an advantage
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office, Power Point and Chinese processing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with general guidance
  • Presentable and well organised with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
