As part of the expansion of the business in APAC, a pioneering and outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Secretary to join their company.

Job Descriptions

As a successful Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:



50% Board meeting support duties:

  • Participate in board meeting to take minutes and follow-up with external parties
  • Manage all aspects of meeting planning, coordination and communication
  • Support the Company Board in executing the board charter compliance and governance
  • Prepare meeting materials and agenda
  • Ensure timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness of output/ deliverables
  • Handle confidential information relevant to the strategy of the business



50% Executive support duties:

  • Represent the executives and act as a liaison and "gatekeeper" between internal stakeholders
  • Provide translation service to facilitate effective communications between difference parties
  • Perform extensive calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Review and prepare business correspondence through email
  • General administration or other ad-hoc duties as assigned by executive



Skills and experiences required


  • Bachelor of Diploma
  • Minimum 8 years of secretarial experience, prior experiences in supporting top management and executive is highly preferred
  • Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (translation background will be advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, tactful, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Good experience in working with foreigners and Mainland Chinese
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, include MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and flexibility at work
