With more than 50 offices worldwide, including 13 in Mainland China, our client provides exhibition, trade show, event management conferences and other business solution to small and medium-sized enterprise.

Responsibilities included:

  • Based on the nature of different exhibitions or events, work in a team on preparation, planning, administration, logistics, marketing, on-site serving, evaluation and coordinating each project
  • Assist with planning and execution of event marketing programs
  • Assist with preparation of communication and public relation materials such as brochures, flyers, invitation, press and newsletters
  • Help on gather information and conduct research on each project to achieve quality event productions
  • Communicate via telephone and email with clients to promote upcoming events and exhibitions
  • Handle client enquiries and request with grace and manner
  • Provide supports on administrative tasks such as filing, basic book keeping and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associated degree holder or above, preferable in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relation, Logistics Management, Visual Arts and other related fields
  • Experience is not necessary. (Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions)
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Strong communication and passionate in Event & Exhibition
  • Willingness to learn, ability to multi-task and complete several assignments with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in Speaking and strong at writing both English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • English & Chinese (中文)typing
  • Hong Kong Permanent Citizen ONLY
  • Immediately available
