Job Description

Your role:

  • Supervise teams of professional in China to offer full spectrum of facilities management services to the back office and operations sites which includes daily maintenance, renovation, office security, tenancy management, vendor management, project management, incident management, health & safety, office administration and procurement
  • Responsible for government and lease negotiation with China government officials and/or commercial property owners
  • Regular review of facilities management guideline to ensure legal compliance in all applicable laws, regulations, standards and best industry practice etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in respect of project requirements, work progress and regular communications
  • Perform tender and contract management for facilities services; closely monitor/follow up vendor and contracts service standard
  • Coordinate with departments/teams for R&M requests, WR2 arrangement and EH&S matters
  • Responsible for budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operations in a cost-effective manner
  • Support other ad hoc assignment

To Succeed in this role:

  • High diploma or above in Facilities Management/Electrical/Engineering/Building Services or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in commercial facility or property management in Hong Kong AND China
  • Holder of Electrical License A or above and skills in AutoCAD are preferable
  • Knowledge of supplier agreement in both contract compliance and execution
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, negotiation and vendor management skills
  • A results-orientated person with strong leadership; problem-solving and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in repair & maintenance, health and safety, tendering, move and change management
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Mandarin)
  • Occasional travel to China
