Job Description

Facilities Officer 


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to meet stakeholders expectations
  • Assistant in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standard / SLA
  • Assist in financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements (invoicing, payment and other) are completed in timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations
  • Perform emergency duty outside normal office hours as required
  • Other administrative tasks and record maintenance as assigned
  • Any ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretion



  • 2 - 4 years practical experience in providing maintenance service in Facility / Property Management.
  • Diploma or higher diploma holder with related disciplines in Facility Management
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
