About the Team

Systems Operation Section (SOP) is responsible for System Daily Operations for both head Office Systems and local EUC systems. Some other IT support includes hardware, software installation and maintenance as well as Field support to the business users. In addition, the team is also responsible for promotion and implementation of IT solution projects.

 

Role requirements

• Perform IT hardware and software installation and routine maintenance
• Provide 1st tier IT technical support for internal business users
• Setup and configure Laptop, Tablet & Smartphone for business trip or mobile users
• Inventory control of IT equipment such as PC, Monitor, Printer, etc.

Essential Functions

• Produce helpdesk support report in daily and monthly basis
• Make recommendation to improve users’ reported IT problem
• Prepare hardware installation report
• Maintain IT equipment inventory whenever there is any movement

Work experience, education and skills

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in computer science or IT or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years' experience in IT field; have working experience in Bank or financial institution will be an advantage;
• Familiar with PC hardware installation skills and commercial office use standard software knowledge;
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
