Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle banking activities and payment
  • Handle all account payment e.g. all types of digital payments and checking bank statements
  • Responsible for data input
  • Process invoices, perform payments and manage the company cash-flow
  • Perform basic HR & Office Administrative duties and provide clerical support where necessary
  • Prepare basic monthly budget projection



  • University graduate with a major in Accounting 
  • 4-5 years or above accounting experience (PR/IR or Financial industry preferred)
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong accounting sense and good with figures
  • Proficient in Quick Book, MS Office, particularly in accounting software and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, mature, highly organized and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure
