Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Finance Head to oversee all group companies’ accounting and finance matter
  • To dealt with external auditors or professional parties to ensure the full financial compliance of group companies
  • To prepare monthly consolidation, financial reports and analysis for management information
  • To prepare budgets and cashflow analysis for management information
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects such as due diligence and internal control
  • Regular travel to overseas offices and business trip are required when necessary
  • Oversee daily operation process of oversea offices are in alignment with group policy and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • University or above in accounting, finance or related discipline, MBA is an advantage
  • At least 5 years’ accounting / auditing experience and 3 years’ manager experience, Big 4 experience is an advantage
  • Auditing / accounting experience with sizable establishments, pre-IPO or M&A experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards and tax rules
  • Strong business acumen, independent, reliable and with initiative
  • Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet and powerpoint
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill including written and spoken English and Chinese
