Finance Manager, E-Commerce Business

Major responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and dotted line to General Manager of E-Commerce;
• Develop financial models to project the impact of strategic initiatives in support of the business development and manage ROI;
• Prepare customer profitability and revenue mix analysis to support fast growing in revenue and profit;
• Review the effectiveness of major expenditures to support business growth;
• Maintain key financial performance metrics with results tracking to identify any exceptions and recommend corrective measures accordingly;
• Work closely with finance teams of other business units for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and channel management analysis;
• Oversee and prepare complete set of accounts and month-end reporting for E-Commerce companies;
• Ensure compliance on legal, taxation and accounting matters.

Position Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines with CPA qualification;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, prior financial support in an E-Commerce team strongly preferred;
• High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to build the business through improved analysis, trending and reporting;
• Good business acumen, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with sound financial judgment;
• Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Frequent travel will be required
