Job Description

Our client is a large and fast growing conglomerate that has a well-established business in the logistics property and supply chain industry throughout the world. As a result of their rapid expansion, they are currently seeking for a Assistant Finance Manager based in HK

A market leading remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. 

Job Description:

project management

1.Responsible for the contract review, budget management, daily payment according to the contract and reimbursement.

2.Be able to understand the business and provide full financial support for the project construction.

3.Be able to provide reasonable suggestion to enhance internal management and risk control.

4.Participation in bidding process and ensure the effectiveness of compliance management.

5.Be able to help set up Internal control system and perfect financial system.

Tax

1.Understand Logistics real estate development

2.Monitor tax new regulations, ensure the tax filing are fully complied with tax policies.

3.Maintain good relationship with tax bureau, bank partners and other government departments

4. Responsible for tax filing and have a certain understanding of tax risk management.

 

Accounting

1.preparation of financial statements (financial position and profit & loss) under both HK GAAP and IFRS GAAP.

2.successful completion of the annual audit.

 

Requirement:

5 +years experience of accounting job, CPA is preferred;

Understanding of Finance and Oracle system

Be able to work independently and team effectively

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proven technical skill in required accounting tax management, financial system,Excel an PPT skill

Capable of working well under pressure

Experience working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities

Effective communication between headquarter and field

Strong power on implement of headquarter's decision
