Job Description

The Role:
The role will focus on managing Finance system team for rolling out new version of Finance System.

* Handle production support for existing finance system, ensure the new version deployment is on time
* Perform process review, gather user requirements, prepare documentation and review system design
* Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders of a project, including business owners/users, project team, consultants and vendors
* Provide leadership on project deliverable and approaches, including technical direction
* Support finance teams to perform UAT on new finance project and system enhancement
* Prepare user guides to optimize operation effectiveness

* Degree in Computer Science or Finance and Accounting
* Minimum 6 years related experience, handling large scale projects or project manager experience is preferred
* Experience in implementing new finance system, such as Oracle PeopleSoft / EBS /SAP
* Familiar with finance processes, experience on finance process reengineering is highly preferred
* Accounting background or Knowledge is preferred
* Good know how in project cost, timeline, resources and user expectation management, vendor management, contract and change management
* Experience in troubleshooting, understand SDLC and able to understand and implement requirements
* High proficiency in English and Cantonese is required
