The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly financial consolidation process, preparation of consolidated journal entries, supporting schedules and financial statements including note disclosures.

Handle consolidation of journal entries, supporting schedules and financial statements including note disclosures
Engage in monthly financial consolidation process
Assist in implementation of the accounting system and establishing the consolidation process to ensure data integrity as well as full compliance with HKAS & PRC GAAP requirements
Liaise with auditors and PRC/overseas subsidiaries regarding audit matters
- Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years experience in group financial management, internal control compliance gained from Big 4 or a sizeable company
Familiar with HKAS and PRC GAAP requirements and adjustments, as well as knowledge of consolidation process
Exposure in private equity industry or group restructuring would be an advantage
Proactive, able to work independently, under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Excellent communication skill with written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English
Occasional travel to PRC is required
