Reporting to Division Head (DH) for Rail, Infrastructure, and work closely with project managers
Prepare tender proposal, consultancy agreement and other commercial documents
Assist in contract review in the context of financial and taxation terms
Assist in proposal reviews to assess profitability, expected project cash flow pattern and potential tax liability of the bids
Participate in Infrastructure advisory projects including asset management, risk management, and procurement strategies etc.
Execution of major infrastructure projects from planning, development, design, delivery, operations and maintenance
Liaise with existing and potential clients for future business opportunities
Qualification and Requirement:
Holder of Degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration (Accountancy, Finance or QS will also be considered), fresh graduates are also welcomed
Previous exposure in engineering, construction, consulting business, or project management a plus
Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to work independently
Proactive team player with strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
Willing to work under pressure and commit to meet deadline
