Job Description

Our client, an international Retail business is recruiting for an additional FP&A Manager to support their rapid growth:

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Finance Director, responsible for business analysis, budget / forecast, business strategies as well as business modeling
  • Responsible for KPI reporting and development, variance analysis, trend analysis across divisions/products, etc.
  • Management report preparation and analytical review
  • Lead the team in preparing annual budget, monthly forecast including variance and gap analysis with recommendations
  • Assist management in process and workflow improvement projects
  • Take initiatives to lead SAP system enhancement and implementation projects
  • Ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A / business analysis
  • Computer literacy with MS Office
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
